Julia Ostara
Research Director
Medical Intuitive | Bio-Geometry | Chinese Medicine | Acutonics
From an early age, Julia has been deeply connected to her star-seed origins and star family, a connection that has shaped her life’s path and purpose. This innate awareness has led her to bridge mainstream medical systems with holistic healing, integrating science with the wisdom of energy medicine. Julia’s studies have taken her across the world, delving into Classical Chinese Medicine, planetary frequencies, and the frequency geometries of the human body from conception onward—achieving a depth of understanding through rigorous study with esteemed teachers and institutions. With the guidance of the Ascended Masters, she has authored a thesis on alchemizing intergenerational trauma through the Acutonics Institute of Integrative Medicine, offering a transformative perspective on overcoming ancestral imprints.
She brings to the Aadii Mesh Foundation a diverse background that includes post-school study as an accounts technician before following the call to energy healing. Originally from the UK, she moved to Australia in her early 30s with two young children, where her journey into healing and spiritual practice deepened. The discovery of Reiki and Seichim opened a new world, leading her to extensive studies and eventually to teaching hundreds of students in these modalities. Her passion for energy medicine expanded further with CranioSacral Therapy, MyoFascial Release, and Crystal Sound Healing, alongside her work as an advanced medium and meditation teacher. In addition, Julia has been dedicated to teaching the wisdom of the Great White Brotherhood and facilitating Axial Tonal Alignment, guiding others in reconnecting with their divine blueprint and higher cosmic frequencies.
From 2010 to 2016, Julia worked within a New South Wales government-funded Women’s Health Facility as a medical intuitive and holistic practitioner, supporting women through natural therapies. She was also a lecturer for Ian White of the Australian Bush Flower Essences and led meditation programs for breast cancer groups, women’s health, and local health departments. Julia’s commitment to community service extended to her role as a board member for the Council of Women in Illawarra, where she contributed as treasurer and accreditation officer, supporting NGO and women’s health initiatives.
In 2016, Julia took leave from all work and traveled to Scotland to live within the Findhorn Foundation Community, immersing herself in spiritual practice, study, and volunteer work. Her time there was one of deep healing and renewal, allowing her to return to Australia with a profound sense of clarity and blessing. Upon returning, she continued her journey in medical mediumship and spiritual service, relocating to the Northern Rivers of NSW. There, she took on a role at the Gaia Retreat Center, supporting visitors from near and far through their own profound healing and renewal.
Julia carries forward the wisdom of these experiences, dedicated to inspiring compassion, love, grace, and transformation in those she works with.
“I am honored to be part of the Aadii Mesh Foundation and to share my knowledge and experience in service to collective consciousness and ascension.”
